1. Objet
Hunting Exam Prep est une application d'entraînement indépendante à l'examen du permis de chasser (France), à l'examen pour la licence de chasse (Italie) et à la Jägerprüfung (Allemagne). Elle n'est ni affiliée, ni approuvée, ni liée à l'Office français de la biodiversité (OFB), à la Fédération nationale des chasseurs (FNC), aux fédérations départementales, aux régions et provinces italiennes, aux Länder allemands et à leurs autorités de chasse, ni à aucun ministère.
2. Contenu
Les questions d'entraînement sont rédigées pour l'Application et vérifiées avec soin à partir des textes publiés ; les questionnaires officiels régionaux italiens sont reproduits conformément à leurs conditions de réutilisation, avec mention de la source. Le contenu peut néanmoins contenir des erreurs ou ne pas refléter une modification récente de la réglementation. Les examens blancs et le score de préparation sont des outils d'entraînement, pas des résultats officiels. L'Application ne remplace ni la formation obligatoire, ni les textes officiels : vérifiez toujours les règles en vigueur auprès de l'autorité qui organise votre examen. Les règles de sécurité enseignées ne remplacent pas une formation pratique encadrée.
3. Accès payant
L'accès complet nécessite un abonnement (hebdomadaire ou annuel), éventuellement avec un essai gratuit, ou un achat unique s'il est proposé. Le paiement est débité sur votre compte Apple. Un abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours ; gérez-le dans les réglages de votre compte App Store. Si vous commencez un essai gratuit, vous êtes facturé à sa fin sauf résiliation préalable.
4. Utilisation équitable
Il est interdit d'automatiser l'accès au service, de contourner ses limites techniques ou d'en extraire le contenu.
5. Photos
Les photos d'espèces proviennent de Wikimedia Commons et sont utilisées selon leurs licences libres ; l'auteur et la licence sont indiqués sur chaque fiche.
6. Licence
Le Contrat de licence utilisateur final standard d'Apple s'applique : apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.

2. Contenuti
Le domande di allenamento sono scritte per l'App e verificate con cura sulla base delle norme pubblicate; i questionari ufficiali regionali sono riprodotti secondo le loro condizioni di riutilizzo, con indicazione della fonte. I contenuti possono comunque contenere errori o non riflettere una modifica normativa recente. Le simulazioni d'esame e il punteggio di preparazione sono strumenti di allenamento, non risultati ufficiali. L'App non sostituisce i corsi né i testi ufficiali: verifica sempre le regole in vigore presso l'ente che organizza il tuo esame. Le regole di sicurezza non sostituiscono un addestramento pratico.
3. Accesso a pagamento
L'accesso completo richiede un abbonamento (settimanale o annuale), eventualmente con prova gratuita, oppure un acquisto unico se offerto. Il pagamento è addebitato sul tuo account Apple. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso; gestiscilo nelle impostazioni dell'account App Store. Se inizi una prova gratuita, l'addebito avviene alla sua fine salvo disdetta.
4. Uso corretto
È vietato automatizzare l'accesso al servizio, aggirarne i limiti tecnici o estrarne i contenuti.
5. Foto
Le foto delle specie provengono da Wikimedia Commons e sono usate secondo le loro licenze libere; autore e licenza sono indicati su ogni scheda.

1. Gegenstand
Hunting Exam Prep ist eine unabhängige Übungs-App für die Jägerprüfung (Deutschland), die Prüfung zum permis de chasser (Frankreich) und die italienische Jagdscheinprüfung. Sie ist nicht verbunden mit, nicht anerkannt von und nicht beauftragt durch die Bundesländer, ihre Jagdbehörden oder Prüfungsausschüsse, Jagdverbände, das Office français de la biodiversité (OFB), die Fédération nationale des chasseurs (FNC), die italienischen Regionen oder Provinzen oder ein Ministerium.
2. Inhalte
Die Übungsfragen sind für die App geschrieben und sorgfältig am veröffentlichten Recht geprüft (für Deutschland: Bundesrecht wie Bundesjagdgesetz, Waffengesetz, Tierschutz- und Naturschutzrecht sowie Lebensmittelhygienerecht). Die Probeprüfungen bilden das Format der schriftlichen Prüfung des gewählten Bundeslandes nach; landesrechtliche Besonderheiten (z. B. Jagdzeiten) können abweichen. Die Inhalte können trotzdem Fehler enthalten oder eine neue Rechtsänderung noch nicht abbilden. Probeprüfungen und Prüfungsreife sind Übungswerkzeuge, keine amtlichen Ergebnisse. Die App ersetzt weder den Vorbereitungslehrgang noch die amtlichen Texte: Prüfe die aktuellen Regeln immer bei der Stelle, die deine Prüfung abnimmt. Die vermittelten Sicherheitsregeln ersetzen keine praktische Ausbildung unter Aufsicht.
3. Bezahlter Zugang
Der volle Zugang erfordert ein Abo (wöchentlich oder jährlich), ggf. mit Gratis-Testphase, oder einen Einmalkauf, wo angeboten. Die Zahlung erfolgt über deinen Apple Account. Ein Abo verlängert sich automatisch, wenn es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird; verwalten kannst du es in den Einstellungen deines App-Store-Accounts. Wenn du eine Gratis-Testphase startest, wird am Ende abgebucht, sofern du nicht vorher kündigst.
4. Faire Nutzung
Automatisiere den Zugriff auf den Dienst nicht, umgehe keine technischen Grenzen und lies keine Inhalte automatisiert aus.
5. Fotos
Die Artenfotos stammen von Wikimedia Commons und werden unter ihren freien Lizenzen genutzt; Urheber und Lizenz stehen auf jeder Karte.
6. Lizenz

1. What the App is
Hunting Exam Prep is an independent practice app for the French hunting licence exam (examen du permis de chasser), the Italian hunting licence exam and the German Jägerprüfung. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Office français de la biodiversité (OFB), the Fédération nationale des chasseurs (FNC), hunting federations or associations, the Italian regions or provinces, the German states or their hunting authorities, ISPRA or any ministry.
2. Content
Practice questions are written for the App and carefully checked against the published law; official Italian regional quiz banks are reproduced under their reuse terms, with the source named. The content may still contain errors or miss a recent rule change. Mock exams and the readiness score are practice tools, not official results. The App does not replace mandatory training or the official texts: always check the current rules with the authority that runs your exam. Safety rules taught here do not replace supervised practical training.
3. Paid access
Full access requires a subscription (weekly or yearly), possibly with a free trial, or a one-time purchase where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage it in your App Store account settings. If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before.
4. Fair use
Do not automate access to the service, circumvent its technical limits or scrape its content.
5. Photos
Species photos come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their free licences; the author and licence are shown on each card.
